Who am I?

My name is Kirsty I live in the beautiful Market town of Devizes and am Mum to 3 amazing Teenage girls!!!  ( I know and 2 of them are identical twins). 

I have been a single mum for 12 years and understand how hard this can be especially coping on your own with you child's  Mental Health issues.

 I specialise in young people aged 5 to 24. However, I’m fully qualified to work with adults too. 

  I decided to become a Child & Adolescent Counsellor 4 years ago  because all of my girls have suffered with some kind of OCD, Anxiety & Other Mental Health Issues. Its so scary as a parent and hard to know what to do for the best and who to turn to. The NHS & CAHMS are so overwhelmed, especially in these strange times.

 I have spent the last 4 years studying for my Counselling Diploma and have my Level 2 & 3 CPCAB Counselling qualification. I have also qualified as an NLP Therapist & a Play/Sand Tray Therapist. For People that struggle to sit still for long or need to move around, I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy with NLP techniques included.

  NLP therapy works on  The 'here and now" approach which can enable the client/Clients to recognise the thinking and feeling patterns that are involved in the problem - then  l work to help them to replace these patterns with some powerful NLP techniques to help them to work through and resolve their issues and make them feel more confident and happy. This will provide them with tools to help them day to day. This is done speedily and without having to relive the events. This is the NLP approach and works much faster than regular Counselling and Talk Therapies which is why it takes less sessions. I work with Couples and Families who are struggling to live Harmoniously.
